Warhead's OID
- { iso(1) member-body(2) gb(826) national(0) eng-ltd(1) warhead(4062548) }
- 1.2.826.0.1.4062548
- urn:oid:1.2.826.0.1.4062548 - when we have a working URN->URL mapping protocol, that link will actually work...
What is an OID?
Many have asked this question, and many have answered. See this page.
How do I get one?
Various ways.
- If you are a UK limited company, this may be of interest.
- Otherwise, most people register under the hijacked (and not totally valid...) IANA OID service.
- The alternative is to pay, or work for a telco.
What is Warhead using its OID for?
Stuff. Any Warhead-owned OID can be resolved to a file of some description by looking in here. That page, and the assignments.asn1 file,
are generated by a Python script and a small text file. Feel free to reuse the script.
